Dr. Chang is a highly trained Reproductive Endocrinologist who is part of the fertility specialist team at Southern California Reproductive Center (SCRC), a participating provider in the WINFertility Network.
Education and Certification
Dr. Chang received her bachelor’s degree in biology from UCLA, a master’s in biology from California State University, Fullerton and her medical degree from the University of California, Davis.
She completed her Obstetrics and Gynecology residency at Harvard Medical School and affiliated training programs at Bringham and Women’s Hospital, Mass General Hospital and Children’s Hospital, Boston. Dr. Chang completed her three year fellowship in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility at UCLA Geffen School of Medicine.
She is double-board-certified in Reproductive Endocrinology/Infertility and Obstetrics and Gynecology.

Dr. Chang serves as an Assistant Clinical Professor of Obstetrics Gynecology and Reproductive Medicine at the UCLA David Geffen School of Medicine and the Keck School of Medicine at USC.
She has published articles in peer reviewed journals such as Fertility and Sterility, Human Fertility and in Sexuality, Reproduction and Menopause. In addition, Dr. Chang is the author of “Evaluation and Treatment of the Infertile Couple” in the Textbook of Reproductive Medicine published by Appleton & Lange.
Dr. Chang has given numerous presentations and invited talks about her clinical research on polycystic ovary syndrome and in vitro fertilization. She has presented her investigations at meetings of the American Society for Reproductive Medicine, the Endocrine Society and the Pacific Coast Reproductive Society.
For the last several years, Dr. Chan has consistently been named in South California Super Doctors and Top Women South California Super Doctor publications.
She is a long time resident of Los Angeles, and has served on the parents’ association board of the John Thomas Dye School, and is a member of the National Charity League of Los Angeles.
She is fluent in English, Mandarin and French with proficiency in medical Spanish.
