Dr. Foulk is a board-certified reproductive endocrinologist and Third Party Reproduction Director at Utah Fertility Center, a participating provider in the WINFertility Network.
Education and Certification
Dr. Foulk received his medical degree at the University of California, San Diego School of Medicine. He completed his residency at the University of California, Irvine and fellowship training at the University of California, San Francisco. He is board-certified in obstetrics and gynecology and in reproductive endocrinology and infertility.

Dr. Foulk has established successful fertility centers in Nevada, Idaho, Utah, Hawaii, and Belgrade in Serbia. He is an internationally recognized expert in the treatment of infertility, yet he takes great pride in developing personal relationships with each of his patients. While on faculty at University of California, San Francisco, his research focused on implantation physiology, in which he shares two patents on unique immunologic proteins expressed by placental cells. He continues his research interests through multi-center investigative trials and basic research into the mechanisms of implantation and stem cells. Dr. Foulk is an associate clinical professor at the University of Washington, Department of Ob/Gyn and at the University of Nevada, School of Medicine.
Dr. Foulk and his wife personally suffered from infertility, but went on to have five children. He finds joy in helping people become parents, and his goal is to enable all those who suffer from infertility to find an affordable and effective way to have a baby.
