Dr. Mazur is a highly trained Reproductive Endocrinologist who is part of the fertility specialist team at Fertility Specialists of Houston, a participating provider in the WINFertility Network.
Education and Certification
Dr. Mazur received his undergraduate degree from Kenyon College in Gambler, Ohio and his medical degree from Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas. He completed his residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology, his fellowship in Reproductive Endocrinology and a Master of Science in the Clinical Scientist Training Program at Baylor College of Medicine.
He is board-certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology and board-eligible in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility.

Dr. Mazur is an adjunct faculty member and served as Chief Resident at Baylor College of Medicine.
His research interests include progesterone receptor signaling and uterine receptivity and has presented his work at several international meetings. Dr. Mazur has been published in peer-reviewed journals, and recently authored a chapter on uterine function in Knobil and Neill’s Physiology of Reproduction.
A native of Houston, he is married to his pediatrician-wife and has two young daughters.
