Dr. Levine is a highly trained Reproductive Endocrinologist who is part of the fertility specialist team at Hudson Valley Fertility, a participating provider in the WINFertility Network.
Education and Certification
Dr. Levine received his undergraduate degree from the State University of New York at Albany and his medical degree from Sacklet Medical School / New York Program at Tel Aviv University in Israel. He completed his residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the Montefiore Medical Center of Albert Einstein College of Medicine in New York, NY, and his fellowship in Reproductive Endocrinology at the University of Cincinnati.
He is double-board-certified in Reproductive Endocrinology/Infertility and Obstetrics and Gynecology.

Dr. Levine is the Medical Director at Hudson Valley Fertility. He has served as an Associate Professor at SUNY Upstate Medical Center in Syracuse, NY, where he founded and served as the Medical Director for the Upstate University IVF Center. After his time in Syracuse, Dr. Levine served as the Medical Director of the Sher Institute for Reproductive Medicine (SIRM) in Westchester County, NY and as a team RE at SIRM in New York City.
He is a member of the American Society for Reproductive Medicine, the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology and fellow at the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology.
Dr. Levine has been published in several medical journals and textbooks including the Fertility and Sterility and has been voted Castle Connolly’s Top Doctors.
He is fluent in Spanish and Hebrew.
