Stephan P. Krotz, MD is the founder of Inovi Fertility and an internationally-recognized fertility physician and researcher. Dr. Krotz is credited with creating the first artificial human ovary, which medical achievement was named one of Time Magazine’s “Top 10 Medical Breakthroughs of 2010.” He studied genetics at the University of California, Davis and earned his medical degree from Northwestern University. Dr. Krotz completed his residency in obstetrics and gynecology at Baylor University and a fellowship in reproductive endocrinology and infertility at Brown University. While at Brown he carried out the groundbreaking research which led to the artificial human ovary.
